Bookkeeping for your practice
We take overflow bookkeeping off your team. Data entry, reconciliations and accounts processing, done in your clients’ files and to your firm’s conventions. Any BAS work is done under the supervision and control of a registered BAS agent.
Processing
Data entry, bank feeds, invoicing with 2 and 3 way matching, and accounts payable and receivable.
Reconciliations
Bank, credit card, clearing and loan accounts, PayPal, petty cash, debtors, creditors, stock, barter cards and foreign bank accounts.
Support
BAS, GST, PAYG and super work under the supervision of a registered BAS agent, asset registers and depreciation, financial reports, and payroll admin such as timesheets, payslips, onboarding and leave.
BAS services, including lodgement, will be provided under the direct supervision and control of a registered BAS agent. We are not a registered BAS agent. Tax returns and end of year statements are not included.
